Mr. KH Tse founded Welmetal Resources Group in 2012 and has served as the Chairman and Managing Director since then. Mr. Tse began his career in the building materials industry in 1983, starting from an entry-level position at the publicly listed steel trading company, VSC Steel. In 1989, he was promoted internally to Deputy Manager. In 2008, he was promoted to General Manager, overseeing business operations with a turnover exceeding HKD 3 billion. Mr. Tse has extensive experience in steel logistics and warehousing, as well as in ISO 9001-compliant management, demonstrating outstanding performance. He is also well-versed in various steel risk management tools and adept at formulating procurement and inventory strategies, with a broad international network in both upstream and downstream sectors, including international procurement and trade sales.
